Beyerskloof Bistro - Stellenbosch

We had a wonderful experience at this estate while searching for the perfect Pinotage. When we mentioned to the young man who arranged our wine tasting that we thought we had found our favorite at another winery, he made it his mission to change our minds! His knowledge and charm won us over, and we ended up leaving with a few bottles. We enjoyed lunch on the terrace with a view of the vineyard, and the pizzas were fantastic, as was the service. It was truly a delightful visit.

This is a charming restaurant, ideal for a Valentine's date. The staff were quick, efficient, and welcoming. The service was prompt, and the food was excellent, served hot and fresh. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary drink and garlic pizza upon arrival. The prices were reasonable as well. My only minor complaint is that while sitting outside, we were next to a table where some guests were vaping. As a non-smoker, it was a bit unpleasant, although they didn't do it for the entire duration of our visit. Kudos to the owners and managers!

WOW! What an absolutely fantastic experience! The food was delicious, the wines were exquisite, and the restaurant, while beautiful, had a relaxed vibe. The views were stunning as well. The staff was incredibly efficient and attentive. It was an outstanding outing!

Award wining wines and a must do on your tour through the Winelands. The tasting is well worth it and the wines are very enjoyable. Stunning wines at Beyerskloof which is truely the home of pinotage the „Synergy“ and the „Traildust were our favorites and beside that creates an amazing Cabernet Sauvignon „Eerste Ry Cab Sav from 2019 is worth a few bottles at home : and also fantastic and fruity Chenin Blanc/Pinotage. We had a tasting of option 1 and 2 and lunch in the restaurant with a view over the lands into the maintains. We got to meet the winemaker Anri Truter which was definitely a special treat.

My wife loves the wine, and I love the food at the bistro! Amazing views out and very peaceful setting. Great spot for lunch!
