The menu never fails to impress me. The BBQ flavors are absolutely delicious, portion sizes are generous, and the prices are fair. The service has consistently been excellent as well. This is my favorite spot. The owners have created a fantastic atmosphere, with great entertainment and overall quality.

The food is excellent! This has become our favorite BBQ spot in Stafford. We order takeout several times a week. The staff is incredibly friendly. We highly recommend this restaurant!

Absolutely wonderful people! They offer homemade meats, cole slaw, and potato salad. The smoked chicken salad is one of the best I've ever tasted. I was surprised to read a review claiming their prices were high and the food was bad, as I've dined there multiple times and found everything to be exceptional at a reasonable price, especially for homemade smoked and BBQ meats. The owner and staff have always made me feel incredibly welcome, even when I've just been hanging out on their outdoor patio while waiting for my boss. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food, drinks, and good conversation!

I visited for the first time last week, and it was an amazing experience. Shari was leading line dance lessons, which were fantastic. I arrived knowing only a few people, but by the time I left, everyone was mingling and chatting. Shari has a real talent for making sure everyone feels welcome and has a great time. The service was prompt, and the food was delicious. The manager did a wonderful job accommodating both the diners and those participating in the dance. By the end of the lesson, the whole place was on their feet dancing. I will definitely be returning the next time Shari is teaching, and I'll be bringing friends along too!

The BBQ and sides at BCS are outstanding. We tried the BCS tacos to sample the chopped brisket, chicken, and pulled pork. The chopped brisket was particularly impressive, with a nice little kick to it. All the meats were tender and served in generous portions—just the right size for lunch. The sweet tea was spot on! The prices are reasonable, and the staff is incredibly friendly. BCS refers to itself as “Stafford’s local hole in the wall,” and that aligns perfectly with what I expected. If you're looking for a typical restaurant atmosphere, you might be let down. However, if you can overlook the decor and focus on the food, you'll be in for a treat!
