Mission Bbq - Stafford

This was the second Mission BBQ we've eaten at. The brisket here was much better than the location in Fredericksburg lean and moist and tender. The pulled pork was good too. The baked sweet potato was cooked perfectly and the cheesy potatoes were hot and very cheesy. My biggest issue with Mission BBQ is that they don't have platters. Everything is a la carte. It works would be nice if they had a platter with some number of sides.

We love Mission BBQ here in Stafford ! Staff is always friendly and welcoming! Wish they would bring back the espresso rubbed steak not just as a Monthly special! They got this steak cooked Med rare for me and it was Phenomenal!! I love the coleslaw and the Beans are out of this world! Pulled Pork sandwich is delicious! Also love the brisket and smoked turkey!! The corn casserole is delicious! they run out a lot though! The green beans are great as are all the sides! The pulled brisket sandwich with sauce already on it is great! Love that they give back to Veterans!

If you love Barbecue Chicken, or Pulled Pork Sandwiches, with all the Sides. This is the place to go. A little pricey, but Worth it. Fantastic EVERYTHING. Baked Beans, Cole Slaw, Corn Bread, WOW...They offer 6 different Sauces to put on the meats, and my favorite is the Kansas City Barbecue Sauce. The ribs are Rediculos, and the Chicken is so Juicy, the bones pull out of the meat. Definitely Worthy of a Barbecue Meal that you WILL Love. Highly Recommend this Restaurant. Our first time visiting a Mission BBQ location and I was pleasantly surprised! They have a lot of variety of meats, sandwiches and sides to choose from. The service was top notch! I really liked the pro military and first responder decor of the restaurant. The food was good. We tried the brisket (lean), the jalapeño cheddar sausage, the chopped brisket sandwich, macaroni and cheese, and the potato salad. My only complaint was with the sliced brisket. It was a little dry, so I probably wouldn’t order the lean cut again. They have six different BBQ sauces on the table to choose from. Personally I liked the Memphis Belle the best. We look forward to eating here again in the future! The food is always delicious and fast. They can run out of things such as the salmon or yard bird. My only complaint is we were missing the strawberry shortcake from our order. They showed us the food before popping it in the bag but were super quick sowe didn't recognize that the extra item was another cornbread and not the cake.
