Wendy's - St. Thomas

I feel like I reviewed this place before but might have been the survey on the receipt. In any case I had some criticism that the management listened to and fixed. This is now the perfect wendys restaurant. I'm so happy with every experience here I come here for food whenever I feel like it.Fries MUCH MUCH improved over 8 months ago where they were, and now they have the freestyle machines on drive thru and in store. You win over McDonald's or Burger King by giving your customers value.

I went through the drive thru. As I pulled over to eat, I realized they gave me something other than what I ordered. I now had to go inside. They did make the order as I originally requested. Great attitude.

Fast friendly service. Staff working hard as was very busy but still cheerful. Food hot. Order correct.

Went thur drive thru Graham and his team were on point! Food was delicious. Best Wendy’s experience without a doubt!

I ordered from Uber Eats and only received half my order at no time did the restaurant contact me or inform the driverThey told the driver I could take it up with Uber absolutely horrible
