Braxton's On Talbot - St. Thomas

The restaurant looks a bit old but the staff was great and the stir fry was delicious. It's quite so it's a great place to talk.

Ordered a steak dinner as I was treating myself for Thanksgiving. Beans were hot and delicious, steak not medium rare as requested and lukewarm but flavour ok, baked potato cold and didn't even melt the butter they put on it never mind the extra I added. Waitress offered to microwave the potato but I turned that down because I didn't have time for them to get a baked potato right. And, to my way of thinking, why wasn't it hot in the first place? Why do I have to eat my dinner piecemeal? Apparently they think that should make me happy. I didn't have time for them to correct the situation and ate most of it cold but still paid full price. I won't go back nor will I bring any friends there! So disappointed because it used to be so good!

Food is always hot, delicious and served quickly. My server Nick, was amaze-balls. Running around with a full house but still managed to make sure my glass was always full of iced cold Canadian. Love this place Burgers and liver are my fav

Went there during another renovation......they need to blow the place and start over....Fahita was poor and not worth the money. This was strike 3 for me.

Service was good. A lot of improvement with the food needed.Fish was over cooked and dry. Stir fry dry and the vegetables were mainly peppers and onion. Not worth price.
