Contribuiți la feedbackI can't go in because the doors are always locked. I'm not sure why the dining room isn't open anymore! Shouldn't they just get rid of the dining room if we’re never able to use it as customers?
I'm really frustrated with the service here. As a customer, it shouldn't take more than 30 minutes to be served. It's quite unfair. The management needs to either hire more staff or close the lobby. This is Taco Bell—how can they be operating like this? I feel sorry for the few employees who are left to handle these terrible business processes while the general and regional managers sit back and do nothing to improve the situation.
Since this restaurant only offers drive-thru service, the accuracy of orders has noticeably declined. Items are often missing from the menu, and the wait times and lines are frustratingly long. As of the update on 11/27, the interior remains closed, leading to traffic issues in the parking lot. There are no signs indicating that the lobby is shut, which causes the exit to become blocked by waiting cars. Additionally, delivery services like DoorDash are frequently rejected, resulting in canceled orders and long waits in the drive-thru line. It's surprising that the restaurant can sustain business with such limited service, especially when customers are stuck waiting in line only to discover that many menu items are unavailable for drive-thru. While I waited, I witnessed several people trying to enter the restaurant and becoming increasingly frustrated, yet no one inside seemed to acknowledge them.
The service has really declined in the last few months, it was good earlier. tried 4 times in the last few months to breakfast. twice there was a cone that blocked the drive-thru as soon as no one ever came to the loudspeaker to order, and once they claimed they were out of ice and it would take 30 minutes to make more. 4 strikes, you're out, you won't be back for every meal.
The wait time was 26 minutes from the time I got in line to the time I picked up my phone. Given there were only 3 cars in front of me and I prepaid for a mobile order this seemed incredibly unacceptable.Both quesadillas were burnt fairly severely.2 of the 3 soft tacos didn’t have sour cream despite paying extra for it.The enchiritos didn’t have the extra cheese I paid for, they barely had any cheese at all.If I have to wait this long I would expect the order to be correct. In 30 minutes I could have sat down at a real Mexican restaurant and gotten much higher quality food.
