Rally's - St. Louis

The staff were very friendly and courteous, but we still had to wait quite a long time even though there was no one else in line. I prefer my food to be served fresh and hot, but this is supposed to be a fast food restaurant. They definitely need to improve their time management. Again, the girl who assisted us was really nice.

I encountered a long line of cars when I arrived. I ordered wings and waited in line for 15 minutes, only to be told at the window that I needed to pull aside and wait for the wings to cook. They hadn't even started cooking them yet, so I had to wait an extra 10 minutes.

I ordered through DoorDash and was informed that they were out of hamburgers, so they suggested a spicy chicken sandwich and a fish sandwich instead. Unfortunately, what we received was completely unacceptable. Both sandwiches were inedible—no sauce, no lettuce, nothing at all. Just dry meat and a bun. It felt careless and lazy.

I finally got my food promptly this time. I recall that this restaurant used to be incredibly slow, which is why I hadn't visited in some time. I'm giving you five stars this time around. Keep up the great work, and I hope you won't have any more slow staff in the future!

Rally's serves a delicious fish sandwich, along with apple pies, fries, and strawberry soda. The fish sandwich stands out as especially tasty.
