The Fritter Company - St Jacobs

So good! No line if you go early. I waited 2 minutes, tops. Walked through later in the day and the line was through the doors.

I am happy to stand in the long line to get these Apple Fritters. Thankfully they are so efficient that the line moves quickly. If you order a dozen you regularly get more (I had a box of 16 before). I find that one of the best treats is the Fritters with ice cream and caramel sauce. There is something special about their caramel sauce that makes everything taste even better. I regularly buy the sauce separate to use at home.

The fritters were fresh and tasty and the ice cream was creamy and rich. A wonderful combination and a must have at the St. Jacob's Market. Definitely worth waiting for in line!

I love these fresh warm fritters and frequently get them when at the farmers market. There is often a long line but they are worth the wait! They are especially good with ice cream and their home made caramel sauce which is to die for!

I've been frequenting this place for years housed in the St. Jacobs Farmers Market. The hot apple fritters just made are covered in maple syrup and ice cream, my favorite. You can buy the freshly made apple fritters by the dozen or any amount. You can eat there in the market or take them home. I rate them 10 out of ten. Unbelievably good!
