Red Lobster - St. Cloud

We did not have a reservation for Mother's Day and were seated promptly. Our family of five arrived at 11:50 and were told there was a 25-minute wait. After waiting for 40 minutes, I inquired about the remaining wait time and was met with rude responses from other patrons who had been seated before us. Despite being assured that we were next in line, we continued to wait. It has been a few years since we last dined at this restaurant, and I can say that the service has declined. They could learn a lot from the location in Duluth (Canal Park).

Yesterday was a disappointing day as we visited my favorite restaurant, which used to serve all my favorite comfort dishes and drinks. We started with the cheddar bay biscuits, which were buttery and garlicky, but unfortunately they weren't as good as they used to be. The strawberry lemonade used to be served in a tall glass with real strawberries and was incredible, but now it's just average. Additionally, the other drink we ordered for $9.49 was lacking the advertised berries. The meals no longer come with a Caesar or garden salad, which was also a disappointment. This was once my absolute favorite place to dine, but now I see no reason to spend $120 on mediocre food and drinks. It seems like they have changed the recipe for the cheddar bay biscuits, and I hope they realize that they are losing customers because of it. Even my dog didn't enjoy the leftovers I brought home. The waiting staff, however, was the highlight of the meal, as they were very friendly as always.

The food was good and the company was great. We were unsure of what to order, but our waitress Bailey gave us some helpful suggestions. We had a lot of laughs and would definitely recommend this restaurant. My daughter also enjoyed her pasta. Bailey did an amazing job.

Tonight was excellent. our experience began with the introduction of our waitress called bailey. she appeared energetic, friendly and willing to us with first class service. her first impression was noticeable! she took our drink order and from this moment we never had to ask for another drink. it was as if our glasses were magically refilled. the cheddar bay biscuits would also appear as if they read our thoughts. our orders came perfect and the taste, taste and quantities were perfect. as soon as we were ready to stop woman bailey took the time to buy our table and personally thank us for coming in tonight instead of just the dirty dishes like most waiter and waiter do in today's world. Woman bailey took these few extra moments to check on our experience. great work woman bailey?. Before we were gone, we made a point to tell the manager how good wife bailey did this, because if she is every night like that or if she was tonight she deserved it. still a little bit about woman bailey, as we enjoyed our meal, we saw that she led the same top-level service to everyone she came into contact with! many thanks to woman bailey

It was a little busy but no wait, waiter didn't know the menu very well and wasn't helpful but was polite and easy to order from with a pleasant attitude. My Scampi and skewered shrimp was very good but my lobster tail was too salty. Time to get food from time to place order was much longer than should have been, drinks were empty by the time food arrived but not filled until plate was 3/4 done. Stuffed mushrooms at appetizer was delicious, complimentary biscuits were perfect. Didn't get a desert.
