Zaba's - St Augustine

Zaba's is a great spot to grab a quick, casual breakfast and your morning coffee. Staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The grilled doughnut is absolutely not to be missed! Also pick up a bottle of their homemade Mustard sauce. So many possibilities!

Stopped here for an early afternoon coffee. The owner is extremely kind, witty, and welcoming. Boyfriend and I are coffee lovers were very very pleased. The atmosphere is chill and super entertaining. Highly recommend over a corporate coffee shop that’s down the road! Support local have a good convo!

Amazing little spot right by the beach for all of your breakfast needs! Go check these gents out before you hit the waves for the day. The Brandon special was delicious (blended white chocolate caramel frappe) and the bagel sandwich hit the spot. Stop in and support small business. These guys do it right

I don't know why this place has such high reviews. Maybe something has changed since those reviews were left? The biscuits and gravy had no flavor. We ordered vegetable cream cheese with our bagel and they gave us plain. We ordered an iced decaf caramel latte and they gave it to us hot; when we brought it to their attention they poured out some of the coffee put ice in the cup and mixed it up. One of the lattes we ordered, we asked before they made it if they could make it ice instead. The barista verbally and physically threw a fit over having to make it iced since he had already steamed the milk and was extremely irritated. Being annoyed at someone changing the order I understand, but treating your customer like that is unacceptable. That being said, the only good thing I can say about this place is the Iced Chai Latte was delicious once it was remade. I can't and won't give them a higher review due to the customer service experience. If you're in St. Augustine, I would skip this place.

Okay.so eating is really good (coffee is a tad weak,) but the mixed coffee is better. that's the personal one, they're coming! while we were there 3 of the 4 couples that came were regulars. the youngs behind the counter just asked that they have their normals. that speaks volume about the service and quality. people like to eat where the service is good and eating is delicious. oh and be ready to read the signs while they eat. much fun to read. even in the bathroom (which was very clean.) last. I forgot to make a photo before I ate it.
