Safe Harbor Seafood - St. Augustine

Great place! started with joey our server makes it fun, he was so thoroughly knowledgeable. we knew if we didn't like anything that would be replaced! but eating was also excellent. the appetizer crooked fritted to the dishes, basket chowder. made our last day fun so pleasant. ps- the musician was quite brilliant – great songs for great arrangements. 10 stars!

Found this place driving home from our annual spring training vacation. Of course, capping just a ridiculous 2-years of pandemic craziness, the MLB owners and players signed a new agreement on the last day of this years' trip! So, we're driving back up 95, looking for a place to eat, drive past the chains at the exit and found the Safe Harbor Seafood Restaurant a few miles further down the road. What a treat! We were too early in the season for the soft shell crabs, so I ordered the next-best thing I saw, the grilled scallop basket. BEST SCALLOPS I'VE EVER EATEN! The service was excellent, the chef was available and in the dining room regularly, and the whole experience was very enjoyable.

Nice relaxed atmosphere and very good food options. Fish was fresh, crab was great, and land options for the kids was very helpful. Definitely a great family restaurant!

Food was just wonderful! My husband and I had driven by many times and last week, we decided to stop in for lunch. Johnny was our server and provided excellent service! They certainly aim to please, here. All of the seafood we ordered was simply delicious. Can't wait to return.

We went here twice during our week stay. Staff very friendly and food was great! We really loved the scallops and shrimp basket. Outside and inside seating available.
