Is this location still open? It looked closed today with nothing in site.

Google maps says it’s closed but it’s not. I just had espresso there. Expecting bad coffee but it wasn’t terrible. Pretty good actually.

Bad service, ordered for several cups of coffee. I asked to leave a room for milk/cream but they did not do that. I asked for empty cup to have some room for milk/cream and they asked to pay for it.Moreover, when I went to add milk/cream they were out.The staff is not friendly at all.Not recommend anybody to go there.

Those that gave five stars to this place obviously are fake or a staff member doing it with a fake account. Second cup cafe, West Edmonton mall, entrance 50, please do not support them. They are horrible and their services are unsatisfactory to the lowest. Rude employees. I would never spend my money there.
