Get my prescriptions filled here and can pick up groceries while waiting. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Store is clean and organized. The staff are nice. They have good deals, you just have to go on the right day. Prices aren't to bad.

My brother is Indigenous and I am white. He would always talk about getting followed in this Safeway for being Indigenous by security. I was checking out today. In a sea of white folk, a white staff member and followed by security (middle eastern) chased down an Indigenous father with a cake and potato salad for his son’s birthday. “Let me see the receipt” the lady said. She had to rush across the back of tills to stop the man with security guard in tow. The man was kinder than he should have been after being stereotyped and showed them the receipt. Now I understand why my brother doesn’t shop at this Safeway, a Safeway I have shopped at for 25 years. Today is the last time I shop here. I will tell those from my extended family not to shop here. To the white staff member and the middle eastern society guard, I see you!

Customer service is the worst. Shop elsewhere if possible

Got whatever went for, and an awesome lunch, too. You've got to try the dry rub ribs and a Buddha bowl salad from the deli! So many choices, but yhis was delicious.
