Marble Slab Creamery

Used to love this place, but the past few years it has been awful.. we haven’t been in years and now I remember why. Took my sons here for a treat and all of the mixins were stale and disgusting, cookie dough was so hard it literally almost broke my tooth. Even my 4 and 5 year old barely touched their ice cream And said it tasted weird. We also got there 10 minutes after opening and I seen the lady lock the door and put the “be back in 5 minutes” sign up, we waited outside for 20 minutes until she unlocked the door. There was no other customers and it took her 15 minutes to make our orders. The chocolate was so stale it was white. We all only took a few bites and felt sick afterwards. $28 for 2 small ice creams. Super disappointing and will not go back.

Nov 3 we went to biy cones. Upon entering the service person did not acknowledge us so we continued to look at ice creams available. I noticed that a LARGE number of ice cream containers appeared to be THAWED REFROZEN...that is POISONOUS!!!! We left and the server said 'hello '...I said 'goodbye '. We will NOT RETURN I WILL REPORT THEM TO The Health Department!! They should NOT be in bussiness! Food: 1

I 'm absolutely disgusting and appalled by the service I received here, the Indian man roughly age 40(not being racist just pointing out who the individual might be) My experience here although was extremely frustrating We had a 15% off if you ordered through the app wich I asked if could just be applied he said no which ok fine no problem at all!! I asked about a flavor they had in store but not on the app (mango). I had 2 girls who wanted that, so I asked, How can I get mango? It 's not on the app, he said. Whatever is on the app is what you can pick from, I responded mangos not on there, he replied well you can 't have it then I asked Can I just order a different flavor and just give me mango? He says, Whatever comes out im making, I responded haha common buddy, my kids really want mango. Please, make an exception, Again, he responded. Whatever comes out, I 'm making that 's it. I started to leave, and he was like, woah woah, where are you going? What is going on? I said, I 'm leaving. As I leave, he shouts out Good I don 't want your business anyways, I seriously can not believe the audacity of this man will NEVER COME TO THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN!!!

The marble slab in clearview had a very rude worker the man got mad at me cause my card didn't work and started cussing at me and when my mom came in he acted like a whole new person
