St. Louis Grill - St. Albert

The meal was good and service was good but nothing stood out that I feel like I need to comment on. I would come back but I don't think I would ever crave the food.My star ranking system:1: Bad Don't go there2: Could be better3: Average4: Above average but not the best5: A true top notch place

This is the best place for wings! They have consistently been cooked perfectly and seasoned perfectly! There is no place in town with wings this good.

The wait staff promised they knew what celiac was and that they could prepare a gluten free meal. The burger bun was said to be gluten free and the caesar salad was made without croutons. But somehow my Mom was glutened, which means a severe allergic attack of vomiting and diarrhea for an 85 year old woman. Perhaps filler in the burger?? Perhaps cross contamination in the kitchen?? Restaurant staff have to treat celiac as an allergy, please be aware!

Really nice server, good atmosphere, clean. Food was pretty mediocre. Wings were very over done, fries were good. Won't be back in a hurry but glad I tried it.

I had heard the radio ads about this place so often at work, but I never did bother to check it out—that is, until some of my friends from work said we should hang out sometime (as our schedules finally aligned and I said hey, why don't we check out this place? When we got there, we were greeted by a boy who looked to be fourteen or so, I think. He was very welcoming and professional, and as someone who worked in a restaurant myself years ago, I know that he'll definitely be going places, if he has that kind of work ethic. I wish I had his name, so I could mention him properly, but if the folks who run this place happen to read this, give that kid some recognition, because he's great at his job.We stopped by for the all you can eat wings deal—the young woman (IIRC, her name was Princess? who was our server for the evening was also great. Very friendly and happy to answer any questions we had. Right off the bat, before we even ordered our food, we knew this was the right choice. We didn't take long to order our meal, and it didn't take too long, even though the place was modestly busy, to get our order. We tried a variety of the sauces, even the real hot ones, and enjoyed every bite. The food was delicious, and definitely worth every penny. I can't believe I didn't check this place out sooner!It was great to catch up with old friends, even moreso with matching food and drink (if you've got a designated driver like I did, try the Devils Pint! I recommend it! . The service was great all night, and the decor was really comfy, too. Would've preferred the TVs having all baseball on, though, instead of golf (YMMV , but overall, we were all very happy with our experience, and are definitely recommending this location in particular.Thank you, St. Louis Bar Grill, for helping us make great memories!
