Contribuiți la feedbackBrunch smorg was great. Good food and great service. Also a chef on hand to make fresh omletes and eggs prepared to your liking. Center serving area had a baked ham.
Very great hotel and food is great staff is friendly and the Manager-owner is very hospitable
Ok, My mother in law, my husband, and I went for quick lunch to St. Albert Inn at 156 St Albert Trail, St. Albert, Alberta. Few things: 1 my mother in law's and my sandwiches came loaded with a lot of mustard; 2 the person who seems to be the cook or another waiter who looks like someone who drinks smokes non stop we didn't dealt with came to our table to pick up our last plate; she seems to come with attitude as we already let our waiters know that our sandwiches were NOT good as every bite of the sandwich was oozing mustard sauce; all we could taste was strong mustard!!!! two slices of meat and beyond control amount of mustard sauce; 3 even if our waiter was able to offer only 10% discount as for us to get satisfactory discount, manager has to be called; and the lady we didn't deal with us came and accepted pmt she worked on the machine with a dirty hand which made us think this person might be the cook a dirty one!! ; she wiped all that gooey stuff on her hand and kept working with the machine to accept our payment. unfortunately, my mother in law's card didn't work so my husband paid and we left but as we're leaving your lady who accepted the payment, were commenting almost mocking us. Very unsatisfactory service and POOR quality of food!!!! Please get a good/clean cook who cooks with their heart not with their cheap/cheater mind.
If you have a steak on the menu for over $20 you should not serve a sandwich steak. Thin tasteless poorly cooked. I think it was microwaved with the rubbery frozen string beans and the rock hard cool rice. Only good thing was the supervisor comped a meal apologised behaved in a professional manner.
The rooms were good, I've stayed here many nights because of a corporate agreement, but the WiFi sucks. I cannot wait to get back in the USA so I can go to a decent hotel.
