I was confused walking in there. The till is at the far end and the woman greeted me as I walked in, so I assumed I ordered from the front where she greeted me. Not so. Go to the far end to order. We got the BLT sandwich and the taco wrap. I was really looking forward to a BLT but it wasn't good. It's spinach instead of lettuce and the bread isn't toasted and it's just not what I expected. Thank god we got the taco wrap, which was really good, or we would never want to go back there. The place was clean. The food isn't cheap. I paid $34.66 (with a $5 tip) for two sandwiches basically. I expect to pay more for good vegan food, but this may deter a lot of people.

Kb&co is awesome, I’ve been to multiple locations and love the St. Albert one! My favourite is the Smokey ceaser salad, it’s a must try!!!

We tried the BLT sandwich and the Taco wrap. I was really looking forward to the BLT, but it was disappointing. Instead of lettuce, it had spinach, and the broth wasn’t roasted; it just didn’t meet my expectations. Thankfully, the Taco wrap was really good, otherwise, I don’t think we would have wanted to return. On a positive note, the restaurant was clean. However, the meal was on the pricey side. I ended up paying $34.66, including a $5 tip, for the two sandwiches. I expect to pay more for good vegan food, but I know that might not appeal to everyone.

KB&Co offers excellent food. Their waffles are fantastic, and the coconut bacon BLT is one of my favorite sandwiches. I genuinely wish I could get my hands on the recipe for their citrus kale salad. It's refreshing to have a vegan restaurant that prioritizes fresh and healthy options. Keep in mind that food is typically served in takeout boxes by default, so if you're dining in, be sure to request your meal on a plate. This review was updated on July 6, 2023.

It was fantastic! I had the chipotle taco wrap, a lavender charcoal latte, and a coconut cream cookie, and everything was incredibly delicious.
