Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Springville

We are here several times, and it is always the same result. They're kidding our order and take FOREVER to get us our food. Today we went through the ride and it took us 25 minutes to get our order. There was only one car in front of us, and our order consisted of only two things. We'll never be here again.

Great customer service. Yummy Breakfast Southwest Wrap. I'm a vegetarian, so I'm asking them to leave the grilled chicken and compensate them with more spinach. Perfect. Thank you. Tropical Smoothie team:

Great smoothies and amazing customer service. The place is always clean and although they are always very busy, the staff there are best to tend to everyone. Alexa will always go beyond and beyond and she is a very sweet girl her smoothies are THE BEST. Definitely worth the waiting time 10/10

I love this place and I hate to give him a bad rating, but I was at this point twice and both times customer service was a 0/10, I and my friends were the only people in the lobby and there were two cars in the ride through, we sat there clumsy for about 5 minutes without a greeting, when the girl in the register finally recognized us to get our orders, she was really angry guy when we were eating seriously ve was here I was irritated with the way the workers were acting.

My new favorite smoothie place!!! Absolutely delicious smoothies that make me feel healthy while cheating. Every other smoothie place has EITHER spinach OR kale, and this one has BOTH in a convenient power add-on! Roomy, open dine-in area with a peaceful great atmosphere! Competitively priced, this is a definite must!??
