Ginger's Garden Cafe - Springville

Great atmosphere, vegan options are clearly marked to buy many vegan snacks in addition to the menu. the eating was delicious and full of nutrition.

The graphic utah was not the most vegan-friendly place, but this gem of a restaurant is about a mile from my house and it is great. mostly vegan deeres and desserts.

Cute little diner/shop. Order and then sit down. About 50% of the items on thr menu were vegan, some raw, and a few gluten-free options. Staff was very knowledgeable about the ingredients. I ordered the Nachos which were vegan and gluten free.

I wish I could give this five stars, because although it’s not a full vegan store, it couldn’t be easier to order without questioning the ingredients in each dish. The salads are so FULL of nutrients. They’re huge and they have such a variety of veggies. Most everything is gluten free as well. The staff is knowledgeable and can answer an questions about ingredients. Lots of raw dishes and the desserts are all raw, vegan, and gluten free. I wish I could go back a million times

A bit over priced and nothing special. I felt like I could have saved money and made this stuff at home.
