Pizza Hut - Springville

Pizza Hut accepted my order for delivery on a Sunday 3:20pm. After 2 hours I called the store to get an update. The call went directly to voicemail saying that the store was closed (even though they close at 7). I drove down to the store to find a notethat said they were closing at 4 today. So even though they saw and accepted my order at 3:20 they decided and chose not to makeor deliver my order at all.

They the worst man, what can I tell you, I lived in Florida almost all my life and black people in Pizza Hut in Florida work faster than white people here, not racist just saying man, never got my order, I ordered it at 8:46 and never got it, I keptcalling and they kept hanging up

Nov/27/22 I placed a delivery order at 3:32 PM and called the store at 6:12 PM wondering what was taking so long. My calls went directly to voicemail. I drove down to the store so that I can pick up the pizza I ordered and the store had a sign sayingthey decided to close early today (4 PM) instead of the usual 7 PM. So not only do they accept my order, they just decided notto make or deliver it. They never called me, which is incredibly inconsiderate. I would at the very least like a refund for whatI ordered. Pro breadsticks were good . Wings were yummy . Con pizza melt look like they threw in on the floor . And then stuck it in the box.

Pizza Hut is Pizza Hut and I picked up a carry out and they weren't quite ready yet. When I did get my food and brought it home it was warm, accurate order, and pretty decent tasting.
