Main St Pizza - Springville

Is now Matteo's which is 100% better anyway... Don't hesitate to stop by and give them a try...

Our first time (but not our last! ordering from Main Street Pizza. I called in the afternoon and placed an order for pick up at 6pm. That’s always a gamble because you wonder if they’ll prep it too early and it’ll be sitting a long time and cold when you get there or if they’ll forget to make it and you’ll end up waiting anyway. Happy to report that everything was hot and ready when I got there right at 6pm. There was no wait and the staff was courteous and friendly. We enjoyed both of the pizzas (medium bacon, sausage pepperoni and a chicken Alfredo minus olives . The pizzas were loaded with toppings! They do not skimp here. Big chunks of juicy chicken and fresh veggies. The cinnamon sticks were so yummy and I’m obsessed with the whipped dipping frosting. The frosting was not too sweet and just the right complement to the fluffy cinnamon sticks with a slightly crunchy top.

I am giving this review on one manager. Otherwise I have loved Main Street Pizza. Unfortunately it only takes one manager to stop me from wanting to go back. I live 2 blocks away and would go to Main Street Pizza once a month or more but I hate to go now!!! I am very disappointed in Springville 's Main Street Pizza. Several times I have had terrible service by a Manager there. Her name is Cassidy. She tells her employee 's to tell customers that they cannot take orders after 8:30 due to the fact that they are closing at 9:00pm. It has happen numerous times. One time I called and was told that they already have a couple orders in and that they have to clean. I was told by the employee that their manager, Cassidy, told them to say that because they are high school students they need to be ready to go home by the time the store closes. She said that to ensure that I get my pizza ordered I should call my order in by 8:35. I called at 8:32 when I was told this. I pointed it out to her and she still would not make the pizza because her manager was telling her in the background that she couldn 't take the order. Last night I called at 8:26 ordered my pizza and as we were about to hang up I realized that I forgot to ask for thin crust. I tried to catch the employee but was not successful. I immediately called back to request the thin crust. I allowed the phone to ring and ring. The phone was answered and hung up. This happened 3 times. On the 4th time 4 minutes later a girl answered and saying, Main Street Pizza, we are no longer taking any orders at this time. I told her that that is not why I was calling and explained what I needed and how I was hung up on 3 times. When I arrived at the pick up window to pick up my pizza 's I sat there for 6 minutes waiting for someone to come to the window and help me. I saw my pizza 's on the warmer from the moment I arrived and I saw the workers see me and continue to clean ignoring me. Poor service when she is working.

Id give 0, we just went in to order a pizza stood there for a while with being greeted and when we finally got someone’s attention, they told us they closed early in a very rude tone. Online says they are open, the signs in the pizza shop say open. They openly denied us service.
