Taco Bell - Springfield

I’m not sure why I keep returning to this particular Taco Bell, as I’ve never been a fan of it. Unfortunately, it’s the closest one to my house. I ordered a nacho fries box and requested to substitute beef for chicken. As usual, they charged me for the meat substitution, but when I got home, I discovered they still gave me beef. The first lesson is to check your order before you leave. The second lesson is that if it was bad the first five times, it's likely to be just as disappointing every other time.

I ordered two of the supreme nacho fries box meals, and I was pleasantly surprised by how good the food was, especially for fast food Mexican. It made for a convenient and satisfying meal while I was getting ready for Thanksgiving tomorrow.

We waited a few minutes to place our order and then waited another ten minutes for our food. During that time, we watched as more people came in and also had to wait. The group that ordered before us received their food 15 minutes after we did. While the food was fresh, it wasn't prepared correctly. I didn't get the Supreme item I ordered, and my taco was missing meat; instead, I ended up with a bean burrito instead of the five-layer burrito I had requested, which I ended up throwing away. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and there was no one available to address my concerns. At that point, nobody seemed to be getting their food. Taco Bell needs to step it up. I noticed four workers on the floor; if that's not enough staffing, then they should consider closing. This experience really tarnishes the Taco Bell name.

It's a nice place real quick lunch the food is adequate

So I went in there at night and ordered a nacho Bell grande. While I ordered it specially made it was made wrong. However, the manager of the store quickly corrected it properly and apologized for the mistake. Mistakes do happen at these places. It's howthey handle it. That matters. I give him five stars
