Mcdonald's - Springfield

I dont eat fast food, my granddaughter does, (poor girl) i was there for her but i was happy with my milkshake.

One great lunch! I was delighted to enjoy this food.

It was busy,but employees were very courtes. This was my very best experience atevery McDonald's I've been to.

Usually it is not too bad, but on 12/30/2022 at 15:58 pm ordered thru mobile app. I bought my children and I eat. long history short they shortened us so many things. I didn't even know that they cut me a whole 13 pieces of chocolate chip cookies and my daughter 6 pieces nugget was a 4 pieces. no big thing, but unrespectful when they call in and pick up the food I paid. when my daughter (7) said, I got only 4 nuggets. she was so disappointed that I gave her two of my six. I was like oh good it wasn't worth starting a fuss over 2 nuggets and ruining the mood and not enjoying the eating we had. but I really didn't get much for myself. then I was so on the side that I didn't even realize we didn't get the cookies. terrible I have never seen a 13-piece cookie death before I got my replacement, but filled with question. I'm sure I don't have to lie for this little amount of money, but for me, not to receive my food for which I paid is not okay. replace it without jumping thru hoops and keeping

If they appreciate the predictable meal when they are in a hurry to eat and run, mcdonald’s is for them. eating is in order, the service is better, and it is a hard, shiny surface anywhere you see. food: 3/5
