Joseph's Fine Cuisine - Springfield

The restaurant doesn't justify its prices with the quality of food, ambiance, or service. Essentially, Joseph's feels more like a bar with diner-style tables, but it charges fine dining rates.

It was our first visit, and my wife and I will definitely return. It was excellent!

I ordered the fig, onion, and bacon flatbread, and it was delicious, topped with mozzarella and fontina cheese. I also tried the wedge salad, which came with Gouda, pancetta, onion, and roasted garlic—it was very tasty. I appreciated that they offer a wedge salad without blue cheese. The portion sizes were generous, and the server was friendly.

Anniversary meal and everything truly was great. It was Friday night and the restaurant was busy and therefore noisy. However other than that we will be back.

The food is always amazing, regardless of what we choose. The service is exceptional; once you enter, you feel like a friend. They truly came together as a team during the challenging Covid period, and we were more than happy to support a locally-owned business. They've only grown stronger and improved since then!
