Mariah's Steakhouse Pasta - Springfield

The tables were too close together to allow staff to move fluidly around our table to attend to us.I ordered the usda prime ribeye and it wasn’t any better tasting than any steak I’ve ever eaten.I ordered it medium rare and it was almost medium well.I upgraded to a premium side , a loaded baked potato and the topping on it was so minimal my potato was lacking seasoning . I had to add butter pads to it to make it taste decent enough to finish.One shining star was I upgraded to the lobster bisque that was very delicious.But I’ve never had it before so I have no clue if it was properly executed or not lol.That being said.Due to the over priced ,(outlandish expense) of this meal and the lack of quality tasting food caused me to feel disappointed.I was dissatisfied with my premium usda steak.I was dissatisfied with my loaded baked potato.I was disappointed with the cook of my steak and that it was an average tasting steak that was advertised as a premium cut that’s supposed to be very tasty above average. It was not.I would not return to this restaurant.

This place was wonderful! They gave large portions for not bad of price. The waiter was very helpful and nice. The place in general was very classy and clean! Would recommend.Vegetarian options: There was vegetarian options and gluten free items.

When we first pulled up, no cars in the parking lot bad sign! We were just early! Wide selection of menu items. Our waiter made some wonderful suggestions. The ribeye Steak was cooked perfectly and very tender wonder flavor! As we were traveling, the “split” of the steak was more than met our needs. Warm fresh dinner rolls. Grandson’s lasagna was a big hit. A wonderful find on Trip Advisor

Very nice dinner spot! The ambiance is rather quiet and low-key, which I appreciate in a restaurant, but the food is absolutely phenomenal. We tried the mushroom ravioli and chicken parmesan both were amazing, way exceeded my expectations. Really surprised it took me this long to happen onto this place!! Will definitely be back.

This restaurant is fantastic! The ambiance is lovely, with plenty of space and comfortable seating. The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. Our server, Ben, was exceptional! The food is outstanding—my ribeye was absolutely delicious, and the rolls were so soft they practically melt in your mouth! It's like a collection of all the best restaurants in one. If you haven't been here yet, be sure to give it a try!
