Dutch Bros Coffee - Springfield

I'm new to the area. I placed a very large order for my new coworkers like I have done many times where I'm from. The girl who took my order was so sweet. She was friendly and outgoing. Exactly what I'd expect from a DB. I pulled up to the window where she relayed the $60 order to the team inside. I saw eye rolling and sighs. Total annoyance. If you want a quick drink they're usually pretty good. I don’t like how they strong arm you into tips.

Great drink as always, but if walk up and use the picnic table, the trash leaves with you because they don't have a receptacle. A nit, but since I was biking it was a bit of a pain.

I went to this Dutch just on a spur of the moment decision. The girl that took my order also made my drink. When I ordered I asked for a large payed for a large and then by the time that I was half way away I realized they had given me a medium. I can understand if this was at a busy time but I was the only car in line, so I'd hire some new staff. This girl completely ignored what I had ordered and since they dont give out recipes I have no way at proving this.

I get coffee at this location on a daily basis, sometimes twice a day. I usually have a great experience at this location, however this morning a gal working there straight up lied to me. The gal walked up to my car while I was waiting in line, I ordered my usual drink, she scanned my app and then told me the total was $6.25.
