What a delight! So grateful to have this spot in Milwaukie. My daughter is so picky but loved everything she tried here. She can’t stop talking about the winter treasure tea. The chai is so dang good too. Thank you!

Wow, just wow!! Delicious tea and scrumptious high quality Chinese dim sum. This restaurant would be great anywhere but is extraordinarily particularly in downtown Milwaukie. While the restaurant is a touch spendy, the food is much high quality than your average Chinese restaurant and it is always worthwhile to support a small local business. Yum! We'll be back soon.

Go here NOW with a friend and try everything on their food menu. It was all utterly delicious; my mouth is watering just writing this review! The staff were also super friendly and the service was fast, even with the trick-or-treaters flooding past the front door (we visited the Saturday afternoon before Halloween). The best chai tea we have had in years. Wonderful, boa,, mochi. We sat on the sidewalk and enjoyed the crisp fall air even more with such hot excellent teas, and loved everything we ate. We will be back regularly.
