Red Lobster - Springfield

The Ceaser salad was very little lettuce. No complimentary cheddar biscuits and ordered a Pepsi and it wasnt in my order. The driver said they didnt hand him one. Also I was double charged for my order! Looked on my Moble app for my bank and was charged twice. Need my money back!!

Both shrimp dishes were hot and fresh. So were the biscuits. However the salad wasnt fresh whoever prepared it should have seen that. I had zero plastic ware, and no napkins! Very frustrating had to scrounge up some from the hotel.

We ordered the Chicken Caesar Salad and it was mostly lettuce. Small container of grilled chicken. No croutons and no dressing. The cheddar biscuits and cheesecake were both good.

I usually love our orders and our in house dinners with Red Lobster. However this order was so sub par we ended up having to feed most of it to our cat and he wouldnt eat it either. First of all the shrimp we ordered were burnt and rubbery, secondly the rice the shrimp sat atop of was so undercooked that I literally chipped a tooth when I took a forkful the first time!!!!! The biscuits were absolute bland as bland can be. They were still warm snd edible so at least there was that. The thing that upset me the most is that this was our 35th anniversary dinner and I had gone to a lot of work to make sure I had set a very romantic table as well as left my wifes favorite flowers all over our home so that they would lead my beautiful wife to our romantic dinner, it all worked out until we began to eat then it all went very wrong!!

Had a wonderful time with family on my birthday. Food was excellent
