Engrained Brewing Company - Springfield

My first experience having dinner and craft beer at Engrained. I enjoyed the paddle that allowed me to taste several of the beers, all in which were very tasty to the pallet. Our waitress was very knowledgeable of the menu, the craft beers and the history of the restaurant. She was very helpful with helping me decide what to have for dinner. I had the Margarita Pizza and I must say I'm a huge fan of Margarita Pizza. In fact I order it everywhere I can and Engrained by far was the best that I have had. It was a great experience and a new found favorite for myself and my boyfriend. Can't wait to go back for the Blackberry IPA. I will definitely recommend this restaurant to all my friends. My boyfriend had a burger that had beef brisket and potato salad on it and it was outstanding.

Enjoyed dinner on the patio with the family. The server was friendly and attentive and the food is always good. One of the few places in town where you can enjoy a good red beer.

Tried this place for the first time today for lunch. Had the macaroni and cheese and cheese curds. So good. Probably the best macaroni and cheese I’ve had and I try it at almost every restaurant. Definitely recommend.

Had lunch with a small group we were all impressed with the service, lunch menu portion size. I suggest including a pasta dish on the menu. Their Rewards program is a nice bonus.

We had a group of 20 and was given our own room with plenty of space. I had an Irish Red Beer and it was awesome. Everyone else enjoyed there micro-brews as well. We ordered a LOT of appetizers and those portions we huge. We ate too many but I did take some home. One comment about the wings. I’m pretty sure they we legs, short legs but still legs. They we huge and the sauces we great as well. I had the Comfort Bowl and it hit this spot. Pulled Pork, home fries, cheese sauce, corn. Oh Boy was it good. I ordered a side Cole slaw as a pallet cleanser. Good choice. We order a couple cheesecakes to share, good but cheesecake isn’t my thing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Staff was on point and we had multiple servers buzzing around us.
