Las Fajitas Mexican Grill - Springdale

Took my mom to lunch and we were craving some Mexican food. Las Fajitas in Springdale is where we decided to stop. We enjoyed it very much. The restaurant was very clean. We were greeted at the door and seated right away (1140) during lunchtime rush. Drinks and chips were served really fast. My mom ordered the chicken tortilla soup and I ordered the Monterrey tacos. We also had the table side guacamole and the cheese dip. Everything tasted great. I am sorry I didn't take more pictures of the food but it was so good I forgot lol.

It has been a few years since eating here but I decided to come by because it used to be so good but I was not impressed. The service was slow and me and my fiance had empty drinks for about 10 minutes before we got refilled and then when our food came out flies started swarming us and would not leave us alone while eating. The food tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. The chicken and the rice were crusty and dried out unfortunately. The server did comp my meal but still it should not have even been served to begin with.

I was shocked to see the negative reviews for this restaurant because I've been here many times and always have an excellent experience! This restaurant is close to my parents' house so it's an easy place to come for lunch or dinner. We came on a Tuesday around 11:30am for lunch and did not have to wait at all. We were promptly greeted and served a basket of chips and multiple salsas, enough for each person to have their own. They have a long menu with what feels like endless selections. We started out with a large order of white queso, it's served in a big bowl that we couldn't even finish! I got a shredded chicken taco salad and my husband got a chicken burrito covered in white queso. I am surprised at how affordable everything is, my salad was less than $10! We were shocked at how fast our food was brought out, it had to be less than 5 minutes after we ordered. Everything was delicious and we left feeling so full! Our server was great, he came by several times to check on us and see if we needed refills on drinks and chips. I don't think anything could have been better about this experience. Hopefully this review makes readers reconsider coming here, it is certainly much better than the average star rating shows!

This is usually one of our favorite Mexican Restaurant..... But the last couple times coming. Our food isn't hot at night. Lunch is hot. Not sure if it is the help or by dinner time they are done with accuracy. Maybe we should give it a rest for a few weeks. Our waitress was sweet. Took her a while to greet us we had to ask for chips salsa which was a 1st for us haha! I think she was interested in the help than us.

Mexican food? Ha, big joke. Cold food, hard/cold chips, unfriendly wait staff, you don't get your drinks refilled unless you hail down a waitress. Their food is terrible, should have gone to Taco Bell for much better Mexican food and saved a bunch of ! Too bad the rating here is 1 for bad because I'd rate it lower! One is too good for them to deserve, sorry, but saving customers a wasted and disappointing trip there! N
