The Silk Road Restaurant - Springdale

Highly recommend. New favorite place to eat at! The pork fried rice, and the fried dumplings are to die for!

They had menu with pictures and it was quiet a selection. I didn't know what to ordered but I went with my stomach and ordered the Fried Tilapia. It's was not your ordinary fried fish. When I got it. I was impressed by the size of the fish. It was a whole tilapia fish, smother in a sweet and tangy sauce and toppled with chopped tomatoes, basil, fresh jalapeno, and few more goodness. This is a whole fish remind you so it's best to be eaten with your hands. It was delicious and worth the price! I also tried to roasted duck, chicken larp, Pad thai, steamed dumpling, and spring rolls. All so good! Service The service was excellent and great! They were very helpful. One of the best Thai Resturants on Sunset in Springdale hands down.

Great food, great service. I lived in Thailand for 18 years and they have the closest to real Esan food you can get in Arkansas.

I was passing through Springdale and saw the word Thai out if the corner of my eye. I didn 't even hesitate. One of my favorite music albums is called 'Silk Road ' so I knew I 'd like the food. My favorite flavor in Thai food is Red Curry and the Red Curry Chicken was heavenly. The crab Rangoon is awesome!! I will defiantly be back. ~Patty

The best there is! Chicken rice noodle soup, Thai hot cannot be beat! Pad Thai is great also.
