If I had known the drive thru was a teenage hang out spot instead of an actual drive thru, well, I would've just went somewhere else from the get go. Sat there way too long just to end up driving off because clearly the teens were all friends and didn't care about actually doing their job. There were, at the very least, three other cars that drove off before us and we saw another leave when we did. I can't imagine it's normally like this but this really soured the experience.

Cooper was incredibly friendly and helpful! He provided me with a lot of assistance. The drink I had was also excellent.

I visit 7 Brew at least five times a week, and since moving, I've found that the Tontitown location is the most convenient for my commute. Unfortunately, it's also the only location where I've walked away with a disappointing experience more than once. My usually sweet coffee has tasted strangely sour at times, and I've encountered less-than-friendly attitudes from the staff. Typically, I leave 7 Brew feeling uplifted by the positive energy, but this particular location seems to have the opposite effect on me.
