Cotijas Taco Shop - Spring Valley

Always delicious food! The burritos are HUGE! The spice bar is fantastic too, with a variety of sauces, carrots, onions, and cucumbers. All great options!

This Cotijas has the best hot sauce, and I really wish they'd share the recipe with me, haha! Seriously though, they have the best hot sauce in San Diego! It's worth noting that each Cotijas location has its own unique salsa recipe. But that's not all—make sure to try the fish rolled tacos and ask for extra sauce; it will change your life! You're welcome!

The breakfast burritos are consistently good. The staff was friendly and engaging. However, the potato option can be a bit hit or miss in terms of flavor. The drive-thru area could use some cleaning up. The view from the back of the building is underwhelming, with old equipment and trash bins in sight. I hope this doesn't detract from the overall dining experience.

This is the best Mexican food by far I ever had believe you must try me!!! Awesome Awesome and Awesome!!! For really, thanks that Cotija's!!! Will definitely be over again and again!!!

Probably one of the best mexican food shops in California!!!!!!! Amazing food, and great people working there. Very good customer service.
