Manny's - Spring Valley Lake

Good burgers. Ground up fresh and you can tell. We got the basic bacon cheeseburger and it was cooked to perfection. I do wish there was just a bit more seasoning in the patty. Bacon helped offset that and it was crispy. Fries could have been cooked a bit more longer as well. They have monster burgers which I have not tried. Also, the tomatoes are diced instead of sliced just a heads up. They serve Coke products as well. Expect to pay 13.00 for a burger, so a bit pricey. In all honesty, Apollo Restaurant has the best burgers up here in the High Desert. They also serve other items, too many to list.

My hubs and I went to Manny's for the first time. The inside is really nice. The double bacon cheeseburger was really delicious. It was messy and huge. I asked for the onions to be grilled ?. My hubs got the carne asada fries but with out the pico and guacamole, he doesn't like tomato ? so the fries pic I post is not true to the menu ?. The asada was marinated with seasoning and lemon or lime. The ? was a little over powering but it was still good. Horchata was good. They sell micheladas and jarritos with or without alcohol. ? Ever in the area you should try this spot. Ask to combo your burger, I forgot and was kind of disappointed I wasn't asked. I thought it came automatically because of the cost.

Great staff, awesome food , cool atmosphere. I love all of the Coca-cola products home made fusion drinks that they offer.

I believe the food is good I try so many different burgers already eat the all menu, but honestly the prices are a little to high, almost 10 bucks for a drink like pistachio water I think it's a little to hight.
