Chateau Chang - Spring Valley Lake

We were greeted at the door and quickly seated with plenty of space between tables. Our drink orders were quickly taken and since they had our preorder they just confirmed how we would Like our steaks prepared. The atmosphere was very nice and since it was a Thursday night they did not have the live piano player but the recorded music was relaxing and beautiful. Our food arrived following a very fresh salad and was perfectly presented and the right temperature. The steak was the most tender we had ever had! Delicious!

Love this place this isn't on the menu but they do have vegetarian meat vegetarian chicken so anything on the menu you can replace it with the tofu me so yummy so if you're vegan or vegetarian you can order some awesome food here but make sure you tell her I had the Mojave chicken but with the vegetarian chicken so freaking yummy!

Super nice place. Great service. Great drinks food. The place is small quaint. This is a great place to go on a date night. Very quiet romantic. Only 4 booths, so if you want one, make a reservation. This has been my hubby's choice to go eat for his last 2 birthday's. Probably the nicest place up here in this high desert. Check it out. You won't be sorry.
