Hanabi Sushi - Spring Valley Lake

The sushi was made fresh to order and had a great balance of flavors. I would definitely recommend it. It was delicious, and my daughter particularly enjoyed the California Rolls. Overall, I would give the food a rating of 5 out of 5.

When craving some delicious sushi ? or your favorite roll, must stop and try this place. It’s so good. We stop here once a week when we do our road trip to the river or vegas! 5/5

I used to come here years ago and I came here to see how much has changed. The remodeling was beautifully done and the chefs are wonderful and quick! The sushi taste fresh and amazing. The only thing throwing this place off is their service. The girls working give you dirty looks and do not welcome you. They’re more worried about their drama and conversations instead of caring for the customers and there was only 2 tables. They are not presentable. Will not be coming back.

I’ve been going here for sushi for many years, but since the owner change, everything else has changed as well. The food taste and quality is not the same, yesterday we ordered and was very disappointed, i am so mad we spent $50 on sushi that was not good, not satisfying at all, I am now in search of a new sushi spot. Not only is the food very expensive, it just isn’t as good anymore overall and that’s very sad to say. Not to mention the customer service when we’ve dined in these past few times the service was not good. The poor service inside is the reason we began ordering for takeout in the first place. Nothing is the same there anymore. Not to mention how scarce they’ve become with everything, even the spicy Mayo and eel sauce containers are tiny with a drop of sauce in the container lol I can’t believe this place I swear.

Went for the 1st time... the food was delish! I'm definitely going back!
