Burger King - Spring Valley Lake

It's a fast food burger spot nothing fancy. I have only use the drive thru and they are fast with your order also very friendly and give a good amount of sauces ??they do take the bk app which is a plus for being on a budget!

This is the worst BurgerKing in town. Since they changed management, this place is really bad. Customer service is not polite. They prepare food very poorly.. They run out of hot coffee and take forever to prepare new coffee. It's not my favorite restaurant anymore. Sadly.

Big disappointment in the double cheese burger and f. fries. Both just warm not fresh at all. Won't return to this location at the drive through. Plus difficult to exit parking lot.

Closest restaurant to worl that doesn't make me waste my lunch break in traffic. I ordered a spicy with some tator tots and medium size punch. At window they confirmed if i wanted frize or the tator tots. I told them only the tator tots and spicy. I paid and then was told they did not have tator tots and offered mozzarella sticks, which was a no. I only wanted the sanwich at that point woth the srink because i now had only 5 minutes to eat. Really disappointed, because i just paid for tator tots that were unavailable. Could be better about communicating what is available prior to order. Wont be ordering here again

A lot missing from my orders and went back to let the staff know and they were just laughing. Worse experience ever with this place. I'm done with BK never again. If I can give -10 I would. Do not bother ordering here. Spent $45 bucks for not fresh food. Nuggets are hard and dry same with Spicy Chicken sandwiches. Save your money and go somewhere else. Not worth it to spend our hard-earned money.
