Back Channel Brewing Co. - Spring Park

Came here for pre birthday celebration with a larger group. It is for sure a good brewery. Loved the inside and they had a good food truck. I liked the CBD selection too.

Phenomenal beer that's well balanced. Indoor space with high top tables, granite bar with tons of seating, and TVs for sportsball fans. Outdoor area with both covered and uncovered seating next to the lake.

I have been saying for years that this is my favorite brewery, even when I lived further away. They constantly rotate their beers and the Empress never fails to impress with its light and ever-changing flavors. I also enjoy their Ursula NE IPA and Crushin' Dishes Cream Ale. Their patio offers great views of the lake for the summer. The staff is fantastic as well, always providing helpful recommendations if you're unsure of what to order. I can't recommend this place enough!

After my friends convinced me to make the drive to Mound, I was pleasantly surprised by the experience! I appreciated the variety of seating options, both indoors and outdoors. I decided to try two flights in order to sample a wide range of offerings, and I was not disappointed by any of them. The staff was friendly and helpful when I inquired about the beers and their personal favorites for the flights. Thank you, Mound, for making the journey worthwhile! It did get a bit noisy at times, though I'm not sure if it was the crowd or just people talking loudly over the music. It wasn't overly bothersome, just something to note. Cheers to Back Channel!

This is one of my favorite breweries in Minnesota! The staff are great and they have a great selection of beers. You can always count on it being an upbeat atmosphere with a great patio area.
