Subway - Spring

Only one person who does the best to take care of the customers who were there, no administration. I will give her a five star plus, but not who this special invite, 0 for score!

This was a great place to order from for awhile, I placed an online curbside order and. I don’t know if it’s new employees or what, but my order was messed up completely and they offered to fix it for me but there was a lot of things they missed. Poor attention to detail.

Went in as we were nearby not our usual subway, placed normal order asked for veggies on side as my daughter doesn't like them on the sandwich (we've been getting the same way for the past 12 years since she was 2). Asked sandwich artist to put a few vegetables on the side in a cookie bag, they were out so she used a small water cup. The the other lady who told me her name was Claudia proceeded to speak to my sandwich artist in Spanish telling her something several different times, I finally turned to her and asked if there was a problem and she started that they shouldn't be doing that as it's a salad. I didn't ask for any extra items, just what would have been put on my order, I stated other Subways make accommodations and then she had the audacity to tell me that's them. For the first time in my life I walked out and left my order and took my business elsewhere. If she was the manager she could've handled that in a multitude of other ways, such as waiting until we left to address it with the employee.

I live close to this one so it's just easy to go here but one lady always seems to mess up my orders and then today I just left there from doing an app order and the 2 girls working started my order once I said I was here to pick up. They had nobody in there and no other orders tickets to work on. I placed my order 10 mins or so before getting to the location. One lady was to busy chatting away with the chip boy while the other girl was too busy behind the counter eating. I'm all for fun while working but also make sure yoy do your job and don't make the company you work for look bad because of your self.
