Jax - Spring

I have always been a fan of Jax restaurants, regardless of location, because of the food. However, I will never go back to this particular location again, and I hope your experience is better if you decide to visit. When we arrived at 7:30pm, the cashier gave us a rude "greeting" with eye rolls as we placed our order. It was clear that she was ready to close at 8pm. Despite my politeness and saying "thank you," she gave no response. When she brought out our food, she dropped my burger and ignored the situation for a while before fixing it. I had to grab the food myself and bring it to our table. Although the food was good, the service was lacking. The shakes were not great, maybe because the ice cream was too frozen. Overall, I had no major complaints about the food, but I hope the service improves for future customers.

The burgers are incredible, in my opinion they are the best burgers around. The food is fantastic! The only downside and why I am giving it 4 stars is because their drinks are off-brand. The food is top quality and I would prefer a premium drink like Coke or Dr Pepper. Despite this, I would still recommend this restaurant to others.

I really enjoy this restaurant. If you're expecting a 5-star dining experience, you may be disappointed. It's more of a dive-style burger joint, and it does that very well! The burgers can be a bit greasy, but the flavor is fantastic. I personally love the garlic parmesan fries. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. I've noticed them cleaning the tables and the bathrooms were clean both times I've been here. This place is awesome, I will definitely be returning.

I recently dined at this restaurant with a group of coworkers and had a great time. I tried the baja burger and found it to be delicious - I would definitely order it again! The fries were also excellent and I could tell they were made with quality ingredients. I particularly enjoyed the size and taste of the fries. I would return solely for the fries! My colleagues ordered the cajun grilled chicken sandwich and loved the flavor, although they found it a bit greasy. The presentation was impressive. The prices seemed a bit high, as my meal of fries, burger, and a drink totaled $17. Despite this, I would still consider returning. The staff was friendly, the restaurant was clean, although there was a limited selection of drinks available.

The burger was fantastic, the fries were delicious, and the shakes were really tasty. The staff working here are also great! I haven't been back since I moved almost 4 years ago, but I'm really happy I decided to stop by again. Highly recommended!
