Costa Vida - Spokane Valley

Not sure why you would change the perfect Costa Vida recipe everywhere else and put large pepper chunks in your black beans. Definitely won't be going to this location again. Not sure what other recipes they have changed here.

It is super good. A lot better than Chipotle for example. Plus it's cheaper than Chipotle and the portions are huge. Staff was also very friendly and they looked genuinely happy to be there. I can eat quite a bit but I was absolutely stuffed from one burrito, it was actually a struggle to finish the last couple of bites but it's so good I couldn't let it go to waste.

First time trying and I couldn't of been happier. The burrito was large and delicious and the price was fair. Definitely going back. Need to try the desserts next time.

Did not have ice tea. Some of there specialty drinks were out and not filled while there. Had only one sugar free drink which was soda which doesn't agree with me.

Keeping in mind everyone is short staffed nowadays there was a bit of a wait time, but these guys work hard to get orders out ASAP. My burrito was finished very quickly once they got to my order and it was absolutely perfect! Never a disappointing experience going here.
