Pizza Hut - Spencer

Food was hot and exactly what I ordered. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I ordered a pizza melt, cheese sticks and boneless wings. The delivery driver arrived on time per what the website said and was kind. The food was fresh and hot as it should be. I had a different experience at this location a few years back, so I am glad to see that things have changed. Keep up the good work!

As many times as i go back to try pizza, ect. I cannot appreciate the low cost leader on pizza.. now that the buffet is gone i will mot be back

DO NOY PAY FOR PIZZA ONLINE! The mobile site rejected all my attempts for card payments so I checked that I would pay in store on arrival. Prior to arrival, I discovered the site had charged my card twice for $44.92 each time. (Basically $90 total. When I arrived, the store had no record of the payment, they reversed the ticket but no refunds came thru. We agreed I would pay by check another $44.92 and contact the store the next day. Still no card refund 24 hours later, called the store and the manager didn't care I had paid $135 for $45 of pizza. I needed to contact the app, not her problem. I told her she was not helpful at all and she said goodbye and hung up on me. I guess I know now how the Spencer Pizza Hut feels about it's customers and I thought you should know too.

Staff is rude, they are 30-45 minutes late from the time they told us our pizza would be delivered. The pizza was cold and cut weird
