Subway - Spencer

I had the most wonderful experience at this Subway location! Taylor, the assistant manager was the most upbeat, polite, caring and fun sandwhich artist I've ever had! It is by far the best customer service I've experienced. We need more people like Taylor in this world. Definitely will be back BECAUSE OF TAYLOR.P.s. our sandwiches were delicious !

I accidentally hit pickup order on app using a gift card and I had no way to get my food and got no food and no refund back...

Never have had issues until today, got sick/food poisoning from this subway. It's too bad, I won't be going back again. It was my favorite one in Spencer.....

This is the 3rd time I've been in this store and they are out of meatballs at different times. If it's on the menu you should be able to order it I guess that's what I would think! It's ridiculous. Between this store and the store and Sergeant Bluff Iowa Subway is a joke!
