Ashford Charcoal Grill - Spelthorne

I just bought food from this place tonight from my family and now all my family has critical food poisoning. I just called and complain to them and all they can just tell me is that the food was fresh every day but except tonight my family got food poison tonight now they didn’t even give me my money back I really don’t recommend for anyone to come to try this place

I always order kebabs from this place. They are delicious and they offer a variety of options. The staff at the counter are very friendly. The shop is a bit small for dining in though.

I'm very disappointed this evening at Feltham charcoal Kabab...I'm a regular customer but this time you guys surprise me for negatively.... I order o large mix doner, the size looks like small Kabab..the meet was covered full of oil...also the chicken meet was very dark and out of taste...For me will be the last Kabab on this place

2nd I've had a meal from here, both times have been fantastic and soo much food

Lovely fresh food, chicken nuggets are fresh and the burgers, kebabs and salad are delicious
