Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

This is my 3rd time ordering from this location and being disappointed. I get the great 8 and always get an extra sauce on the side because there is never enough on the wings. I had to doordash this time due to lack of time, so I was unable to check if I had my sauce. Not only did I not get the extra sauce, I didn’t get ranch, and the sauce on the wings is pretty much dry. Also did not get a straw or silverware to eat with. I’d like to give the benefit of the doubt and chalk it up to ordering during lunch rush, but this is the 3rd time that it’s been wrong and the times in which I go have varied. I love Zaxbys as a whole but this location is just below average and doesn’t seem to be getting better.

We always pay for extra sauce what is this? Rude and rushing us when we’re trying to order all we here is “oh we’re out of that” or “is that it” we come to this Zaxby’s a lot and tonight not good service at all!!

Have yet to have a positive experience at this location and tonight was no different. They messed up taking the order through the intercom we got to the window and corrected the cashier who also proceeded to mess up the order. My husband went inside to return the food they charged us for that we did not want and told them to take off, good thing too because they didn’t give us part of our order we actually wanted. The young lady working the front counter was very helpful. Once he got back the car i checked the bag only to find out we never got our sauces either. So back in i went. The only one that seemed to be working was the young lady that helped my husband (she also helped me) There was 3 girls over in drive thru and two of them we playing around and joking and not paying attention to their job (including the one who takes the orders for drivethru so imagine that’s why she messed up the order to begin with). I previously worked fast food for many years including as a manager. I 100% understand mistakes happen and that it can be hard to hear through the speaker but that was not the case tonight. It was a case of multiple people playing around at work and not paying attention which seems to be the case often here.

I tried to order a side salad in the drive thru. They told they do not serve a side salad. Under Sides and Extras menu it clearly lists side salad. Then you may want to update your online menu.

This zaxbys has a lot of people working but is the nastiest zaxbys I have ever been in.. workers are just staying there talking,using their phones instead of try to clean up the place a little bit.. trash all over the place, floor all sticky and dirty..not good. I pay $60 just to throw away most of our food that it was cold.. we love zaxbys but this zaxbys was really dirty.. they didn’t have no drink only sweet tea that was it..
