Wendy's - Spartanburg

I went through the drive thru and did not get all of my order. Lobby doors were locked and had to go back through the drive thru line. When I got to the window I was asked for details so they could find my ticket. This was frustrating, if they had provided a receipt to me originally it would have been much simpler. In addition the guy said oh I remember you. The other person provided the missing item, but it was a hassle instead of a quick stop.

Bought a bake potato and it had so much bacon grease in the bottom of it,I was disappointed with it such a shame, bad food and service

We came in right before the dining room was closing. They could have told us no but they didnt. Extremely friendly and the food was great.

Nothing to put ketchup in and no napkins. The people working didn't act like they were too happy to be there. The burger was okay but not as good as it used to be. The french fries were hot but I didn't have any ketchup.

I waited my whole Lunch break in line for a meal at this Wendy's and I still didn't receive my meal..I had to drive off because they were so slow, I thought they were short staff but when I drove out they had over 6 people working and a couple people outside smoking..This is suppose to be a fast food restaurant but it's awful how slow they were..I want be going back to this Wendy's ever down
