Real Deal - Spartanburg

I live in Philly Have Not Had A Cheesesteak Better than The Real Deal 's. The food is great! Service is excellent... similar to the 'mom pop ' restaurants in Philly. The prices are good considering you will not find a sandwich remotely close to its quality. I 'm a fan, and I visit The Real Deal EVERYTIME I am in the Spartanburg, SC area. Highly recommend it!!

First time coming . And it was great . Ole girl up front was REAL as they come.Some people can't handle REAL BUT I can dig it. I'm not from Philly but I'm from Chicago. Made me feel like I was back home at one of the hot dog joints on da corner. It's about the food .Soon as I walked in I knew it was gonna be good. Appearance don't mean nothing. . GOOD MUSIC playing dude in back acknowledged me soon as I walked in. And back to girl upfront she don't play no games so be ready or you're getting your feelings hurt. As seen from reviews. As for me I'm sold they got some new regulars .

So my hubs loves this place. I finally tried a bite of one of his sandwiches and immediately ordered my own. This spot is take out only and I called 30 mins before closing. The lady who took my order let me know their closing time and said the food would be ready in 10 mins and it was. When I arrived the lady working the counter was a whole vibe. So chill and had the best personality. The food is delish I’m enjoying mine while writing this. Ignore the bad reviews from salty folks who wish they could make a sandwich this good!!!!! Trust and believe if you go here are are treated badly you started it!!!! Lol For the rest of the time I live here I will be frequenting this shop and enjoying these sandwiches.

From St. Louis, MO stop in between basketball games. Philly Cheese Steak was amazing, the meat was season to perfection. The kool aid was good the right amount of sweet!

I do not recommend this place whether eating is good or not, please be careful to support small businesses and do their research on small businesses. I drove from greenville to try this place, and when I arrived there, the respect of the dame at the front was disgusting and beyond. I ordered my two children when I asked them what they recommend? I recommend to tell them what they want to facilitate my work. I went out. please do not support them to do not respect to customers who spend their hard earned money to support their restaurant / business, help them pay their bills. this lady doesn't deserve a job until she learns how to be respectful. they spend their money elsewhere. I do not recommend this place at all.
