Bojangles' Famous Chicken N Biscuits

I arrived just before 9:00, as the restaurant closes at 10. I planned to order the 20-piece family meal, but was told it would take 25 minutes to prepare. I was fine with that, but then the server informed me that the manager had decided they did not have enough chicken to fulfill my order. So, did they run out of chicken or just not want to make it for me?

I went through the drive thru and the worker asked me to take my order, I told her a moment, then when I decided to order. She didn't react. I waited a few more moments, then I killed my horn... and the worker reacted disrespectfully and said, "You know what you just have to wait because I'm the only one here?" I decided that I didn't want to eat here anymore and when I drove around the building to look into the store, no one else was in the line, and then the thru worker stood with a conversation with one of the chefs. Crazy that she decided to just grab me because she didn't want to interrupt her conversation and take the order. Won?

Make an online order at 3 to be picked up at 4 an hour later. Go on the ride around 4 and was said they can't take orders anymore. I informed them that I made an online order an hour ago and had to pick it up. You told me I didn't do it and that my order just came through. My confirmation email has clearly stated that I am. I was told they just dropped chicken and I had to wait. If I had the time for it, I wouldn't have disturbed the online order. I told them to cancel my order and don't go back. Update: of course they did not cancel an order. I had to fight with my cc and get a refund. Wrote companies and never get an answer. Bojangles sucks from top to bottom.

The overall experience was as expected. I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit with potatoes topped with gravy. Some of the cookies were a bit stale and hard, and I have had a similar experience here before. The potatoes and gravy were flavorful, but the temperature was lukewarm. It would have been better if they were served warm. However, since it is fast food, I didn't expect much more.

I was disgusted to find that placing a piece of paper on top of the tray did not hide the fact that it was dirty. It made me question the cleanliness of the entire restaurant.
