Contribuiți la feedbackUpon looking over the menu, we quickly realized it was different from what we'd seen online. The standout dish from the sample menu was a whole lobster, which caught our attention. We started with a couple of drinks and a delicious shrimp appetizer that we couldn’t stop raving about. For our main courses, I chose steak while my partner opted for a seafood medley. When the meals arrived, my partner noticed that the seafood medley included pasta, which he had overlooked in the description and couldn’t eat. He informed the waiter, and the manager promptly came over to offer an alternative dish. He decided on salmon instead. I began my meal, as it was getting cold, but his dish didn’t arrive until I had finished mine—a bit disappointing, as we had expected to eat together. I did mention to the waiter that it was less than ideal for us to be eating separately. That being said, both entrees were delicious! We ordered another round of drinks and asked for the check. When the bill came out to over $200, my partner inquired whether they charged us for the initial dish or offered any kind of discount. I explained that they hadn’t charged us for it, nor provided a discount. At that moment, the man in the hoodie next to us interjected, telling my partner that he’d had enough and that he didn’t want us saying anything negative about the restaurant. I found his behavior rude for interrupting our conversation and questioned whether he really was the owner. He confirmed he was and told us to leave. Surprisingly, he wouldn’t even allow me to pay the check, although I had planned to cover it. I’ve never been treated so poorly; this man made me feel like a criminal. If he was indeed the manager and felt compelled to eavesdrop on us, he should have intervened to improve the situation instead of turning our experience into a nightmare. In summary, the food received an A+, the service a solid B, but the owner deserved an F-.
This place is incredibly cozy and beautiful. The food and drinks were exceptional, and the staff was very friendly. My only comment would be that the service was a bit slow; we spent over two hours there, so make sure you have plenty of time to enjoy your visit!

So the food was ok halibut excellent. Stroganoff a cheesy peppery (not black pepper) MESS. Manager not the friendliest, but, NO I am not in Texas anymore Lord take me back!! Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
Both the service and food left a bad taste in my mouth. When we arrived we were offered a place at the bar, we were not told if a table was available. The fall green salad could fit in the palm of your hand. The veal osso bucco I ordered must have been cooked to 220 degrees, it was incredibly dry. The cheesecake dessert we had was mid. What really sank this place is that the entire time we were there, my wife and I felt like we received second rate service. Don't go here, make the drive somewhere else.
