The Pizza Man - Southend-on-Sea

Order pizza paid £3.50 for stuffed what a joke the crust was empty hardly any cheese I called the restaurant I got hung up on at first told that’s how it came they done nothing help absolutes disgusted I’m adding photos DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

We ordered pizza and were told 35 40 mins for delivery, after waiting for an hour I phoned again and they told me they had phoned the number I gave them and someone picked up saying they hadn 't ordered pizza and to stop phoning them. I asked them to read back the phone number I gave them and it matched my number I was told if I still wanted the pizza they would send someone out to collect the cash FIRST and then they would send the pizza because how can we trust you. We are not sending you a pizza unless you pay the cash first He then proceeded to call me a liar because I had apparently given him the wrong number, even though I was now phoning him from that exact number. I was then passed over to someone else who offered me a £2 discount... Needless to say I declined and highly recommend everybody else orders elsewhere. Worst customer service.

They messed the order up totally. Also they don't speak good English, are rude and ignorant on the phone. Never again will waste time and money on this joke shop. Terrible service. Avoid at all costs.

Good food and excellent customer service provider, very friendly and nice location. Quality of pizza was excellent as it was well cooked and nicely presented

I have been ordering from this restaurant for 15 years without any issues. However, recently they have started to exhibit a bad attitude, attempting to overcharge and deceive customers. There have also been instances where they try to add a £1 delivery charge without explanation. I am curious if there has been a change in ownership or management. My advice would be to find another place to order pizza from.
